
In 2019, Bayshore Town Center in Glendale, WI, was struggling to retain retailers and attract shoppers. New ownership changed the mall’s makeup and strategy, with more emphasis on residential and retail. STIR was hired to drive foot traffic to restaurants, retailers, and events. The result has been a steady increase in excitement, activity, and commerce.
Hosting A Community on A Specialized Website
Bayshore needed a specialized website that could serve many purposes. With residential, business and retail, this is a community that needs to project activity and vibrancy and to provide information on many levels. STIR recommended a specialized CMS designed to serve retail malls. We populated the site with copy, images and data to position the brand, and facilitate an exceptional experience. We leveraged the client-provided theme of “Discover, Explore, Dine, Play” throughout.
Setting the Tone With Brand Videos
As an anchor point on page 1 of the new website, STIR produced :30 TV / Video (below left) to set the tone for brand imagery. Its fast-paced edit used photography shot by STIR and used in social media and digital promotion. A second spot was produced to promote the mall during the Christmas holiday season (below right).
Capturing The Vibe With Custom Photography
Properly portraying an active environment requires fresh imagery. A picture is worth 1,000 words, so to fully capture the Bayshore experience we periodically shoot a variety of customer-pleasing activities at various retailers and events throughout the year. This imagery is used in multiple ways and keeps engagement and excitement high among all audiences.




Engaging Audiences Through Social Media
STIR manages all organic and paid social media to promote the brand as well as retailers, restaurants and events, creating awareness among targeted audiences. A variety of tactics are deployed resulting in domination of the category growing engagement and following.









Packing the House With Event Promotion
STIR produces original creative to promote over 25 annual events that continually packs the yard, the streets and the stores. Creative is used on social and digital media, as well as a variety of on-site signage.

STIR is Bayshore’s liaison to the media, facilitating information on and fostering interest in its many interesting stories.
